DELTA RADIO
Kim was at home taking a well earned holiday from work and pottering about whilst listening to the radio. Nathan James introduced his brain teaser and although it took a little while to register she finally figured out the answer and rung in.
She carried on listening to the radio and text me in work to let me know what she'd done. When the phone rung she expected to hear my voice but it was Nathan calling from Delta to inform her that she'd correctly answered the question and won tickets to Hollycombe, a unique collection of working steam powered attractions providing fun and entertainment for the whole family. The centre-piece is a complete Edwardian Fairground where you can experience all the fun of the fair from the 1870's; from the gentle "Golden Gallopers" to the first "White Knuckle" rides.
Woohooo!!!!! She got to speak to Nathan on the radio and felt like a celebrity, boohooo, nobody she knew heard her, but that's the downside of being a newcomer. Maybe she'll turn into a Delta regular and you can listen out for her!!!
